Data Transfers
Your personal data is stored in EU-hosted infrastructure (Supabase). Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as required by GDPR.
Data Breach Notification
In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours where required, and affected individuals without undue delay where the breach is likely to result in a high risk to their rights and freedoms.

If you believe we have not handled your personal data in accordance with GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. In the UK, this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). In the EU, contact your national data protection authority.
