1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BoostHub AI services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services. For questions, contact hello@boosthubai.com.
2. Services Description
BoostHub AI provides custom-trained Autonomous AI Sales Agent services ("Digital Sales Employees"), including AI configuration, training, deployment, hosting, maintenance, and multi-channel integrations. Services are provided on a subscription basis following a one-time setup fee.
3. Setup Fee & Subscription
Our pricing structure consists of:
- One-Time Setup Fee (starting from €998): Covers design, configuration, training, and deployment of your Digital Sales Employee.
- Monthly Subscription (starting from €298/month): Covers hosting, infrastructure, maintenance, updates, multilingual support, and €50 monthly AI credits.
4. Intellectual Property
The setup fee covers the design, configuration, training, and deployment of your Digital Sales Employee. The AI Sales Agent remains hosted within the BoostHub AI platform infrastructure. You retain ownership of your business data, training content, and outputs. BoostHub AI retains ownership of the underlying platform, infrastructure, and proprietary technology.
5. Cancellation & Data Retention
Upon cancellation of your subscription, your Digital Sales Employee becomes inactive. Your agent data is securely retained for up to 12 months. Reactivation is available for a fee of €198 during the retention period. After 12 months, agent data may be permanently deleted.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose, to send spam or unsolicited communications, to violate any applicable laws or regulations, or to infringe on the rights of third parties. BoostHub AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
BoostHub AI provides Services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes or sales results. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify clients of material changes via email. Continued use of the Services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
